Property layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore included in this latest document disclosure seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by constructing homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a key identifying different areas of the land.
Alongside this are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, featuring designs for dock shelters.
More documentation released as part of the ongoing oversight process.
